What is the sports performance program?

We offer sports performance programming for professional, collegiate, high school, and youth athletes. Our sports performance training is designed to enhance sports performance in competition. Using evidence-based principles, customized workouts are developed to improve all aspects of your chosen sport, reduce the risk of injury, correct inefficient movement patterns, and gain speed and agility.

Your first physical therapy appointment is about creating a personalized treatment plan based on your health history, diagnosis, and goals. Here’s what you can expect at your first physical therapy appointment:
