BenchMark Physical Therapy Opens First Indiana Clinic in Columbia City

COLUMBIA CITY, Ind. (March 1, 2021) – BenchMark Physical Therapy has arrived in Indiana, opening its first outpatient clinic in the Hoosier State at 474 W. Plaza Drive.

The clinic offers outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, including manual therapy, injury prevention, return to performance, total joint replacement, concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation programs. 

Appointments are available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. weekdays. The clinic can be reached at 260-244-8009.

Clinic director Claressa Brekke earned a doctor of physical therapy degree from the University of Miami. She is certified as an orthopedic clinical specialist, in functional capacity evaluations and in trigger point dry needling.
