Testimonials

Another Benchmark office referred me to Martina Cifiello at the Johnson Ferry location for pelvic floor therapy. I was apprehensive about receiving treatment especially in this part of the body. When I came to her I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. After several weeks of treatment I am much better. I still have some symptoms however that is because my body is very sensitive and I can only handle so much at a time. Martina knows her job and is very thorough. She is gentle, patient, understanding, encouraging and flexible. Should I need help later on I...
I am 64, and I had surgery back in July for Adult Hydrocephalus. This surgery required a shunt being implanted in my skull on top of the brain and a catheter from that shunt down into my abdomen. The first three weeks following surgery I was on a walker and the following two weeks after that I was on a cane, and then after that I was walking again. I was out of work on disability for 7 weeks but the PT and OT that I needed went several weeks beyond that and I “graduated” this past week. For the...
I’ve received PT at this location three times and am so impressed with all of the staff, therapists and front desk! I’ve had therapy for rotator cuff surgery, and arthritis of the hip to delay hip replacement, with great results. Most recently I saw Martina for pelvic floor therapy which is her specialty - in addition to successful therapy she educated me quit a bit, and is she also a very kind person!
I was experiencing sciatic pain in my left leg and hip. Tony assessed my issue quickly and determined I needed to built strength in that area. After 6 weeks my pain has subsided and I am continuing to do recommended exercises. Thoroughly enjoyed working with Tony. Excellent PT.
I am happy I was able to see Martina Ciffielo for my post-partum therapy, pelvic floor area needs some attention afterwards even if you think it is not neccesary. Thankfully I am pain free since she helped me figure out where exactly it was coming from and how to address it properly. She is a true professional and a very easy-going person which made my visits a bliss. Thank you, Martina! Also a big thank you goes to Hope for distracting my son while we were doing the hard work. Everybody else is nice, insurance & payments processed properly with...
