What to Expect at BenchMark
Starting a rehabilitation program can be a time of uncertainty. But at BenchMark, we work with you to set your goals and expectations, so you're comfortable with your therapy right from the start.
Goal-Based Therapy
During your first visit, your BenchMark therapist will fully evaluate your current condition and medical history. Through an initial examination-including strength, flexibility and range of motion tests-we'll determine a starting point for your therapy and help you set real, achievable goals for recovery, possibly including an at-home exercise program. That way, you can see measurable results along the way, which can help give you the motivation you need to achieve your ultimate goal-returning to full health.
