New Graduate MENTOR Program

We have created a MENTOR program (Meeting Educational Needs Through Ongoing Reassessment) to give new graduates the clinical guidance and tools that are so critical to developing the reasoning skills they need to offer patients the finest care. Investment in the new graduate through the MENTOR Program is a great way for all new therapists to learn from our elite team of therapy professionals through group discussions, information sessions and clinical demonstrations.

PT|OT Hand Mentor Program

We offer a mentorship program for our occupational and physical therapist who are seeking to specialize in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. This is a 12-month comprehensive, structured program of clinical and didactic experiences to advance their clinical skills and outcomes in the treatment of hand and upper extremity conditions. This program is designed to prepare the clinician to obtain the certification in hand therapy (CHT) that is administered by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission.
